For 2020, try to envision your dream life. Where are you living? What kind of place do you go to every day? What do you do there? Who do you spend time with every day? Do you look happy and fulfilled? If you're like me, you want to be more visual when you dream, and I recommend you to make a vision board of your dream life in 2020.
TLDR: 3 key steps to make your resolutions turn into reality: 1) Monthly Goals - set the overall tone of the month, get inspiration from your Vision Board. 2) Weekly Rewards - give yourself a reward every week for doing a good job in keeping new habits. 3) Daily Calendar - book yourself for sessions that involve your goals and your rewards, and then you can use the rest of the time for ad-hoc appointments.
